Train Through the Off-Season. Prepare for the Season.

Limitless Elite Track Club's Off-Season Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for athletes who want to improve their speed, power, strength, athleticism, and overall performance between track seasons.

The program begins July 6, 2026 and runs through January 2027, with planned breaks throughout the year for holidays, school commitments, competitions, and recovery.

This is not a summer camp or short-term clinic. It is a multi-month developmental program designed to help athletes prepare for the upcoming high school track and field season.

Program Focus

Athletes will work on:

  • Sprint mechanics and technique

  • Strength development

  • Speed and power training

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Injury prevention

  • Athletic development and race preparation

Sprint-Specific Training

Limitless Elite specializes in training athletes for the sprint events (60m–400m).

Our coaching, workouts, and strength programs are specifically designed to develop the speed, power, acceleration, sprint mechanics, and race strategies needed to compete in sprint events.

We do not provide training for distance running, hurdles, jumps, throws, pole vault, or other track and field disciplines.

While the strength, conditioning, and sprint mechanics taught through our program may benefit athletes who participate in other events, our training is focused exclusively on sprint development.

Annual Registration

Athletes are required to register annually to participate in Limitless Elite Track Club.

The registration fee is a one-time annual registration fee and includes:

  • USATF membership registration

  • AAU membership registration

  • Limitless Elite competition singlet (uniform)

  • Administrative processing and club operations

Please note that registration fees are separate from any required gym memberships, meet entry fees, or optional competition expenses.
